Below you will find our return and refund policy, written in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, starting on the day you receive your item.
You must notify us of your wish to return the item within these 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
We may request photos as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
